Last week I visited the Tboltrc.com Top Secret “Skunk Works” Flying field to see a new scratch built Ziroli P-51 Mustang do some taxi trials.

This plane was scratch built from Ziroli plans and features the following:

• 98″ Wingspan 
• 83″ Length
• Weighs about 29lbs
• Hitec HS-645MG Servos. 
• Robart Retracts
• Finished with Thunderboltrc.com Fiberglass Cloth and E-Z Lam Epoxy Resin. 
• Painted with Automotive Style Paint.
• Desert Aircraft “DA 85″ 85cc Gas Engine
• Xoar PJA 26×10 Beechwood Prop – for first flights.
• Tboltrc.com Bulk Servo Wire (almost 50ft of wire!!), Extensions and Ashlok Connectors.
• It also includes some Tboltrc.com Gas Engine Accessories (Fuel Tank Cap, Fuel Line, etc)
