TBOLT R/C Multi Servo Wire Harnesses

TBOLT Multi Servo Harnesses
TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses
The TBOLT (Thunderbolt R/C) Multi Servo Wire Harnesses are the perfect way to manage multiple wing servo connections to your receiver. For example: If you have 2 servos in your wing, it is easy to plug the wrong servo into the wrong connector causing a improper flight response, servo binding or worse a crashed plane! TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses feature TBOLT connectors and a keyed, postive locking mechanism that cannot be plugged in backwards. This means that your servos will allows be plugged in to the right channel and that the connections will stay together until you unlock them.

How are TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses installed?

TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses are pre-assembled, they are installed WITHOUT crimping, and WITHOUT soldering. We've done all the hard work for you!! TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses are compatible with standard servo connectors (Hitec, Futaba, JR and newer Airtronics connectors). Each TBOLT Mult Servo Wire Harness comes with both a Male (Servo) side and a Female (Receiver) side harness. To install the TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness, just plug your servos into the Male Harness (use regular servo extensions to obain the length you need for each servo), and plug the Female side into your receiver (use regular servo extensions to obtain the length you need to position the Female Multi Servo connector in a place that is easily accessible and can be mated to the Male Multi Servo connector.) Available Configurations

2 Servo Sample
TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses are available in 2 lengths - 6" and 12" - the length indicates the distance between each half of the Wire Harness end. (Each half is the distance between the standard servo connector and the TBOLT Connector end). So each half of the wire harness is 6" or 12". For example: A 6" long TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness for 2 Servos has a total length of 12" (Each half of the servo harness is 6" long). These are available in the following configurations:
  • 6" - 1 Servo Configuration
  • 6" - 2 Servo Configuration
  • 6" - 3 Servo Configuration
  • 6" - 4 Servo Configuration
  • 12" - 1 Servo Configuration
  • 12" - 2 Servo Configuration
  • 12" - 3 Servo Configuration
  • 12" - 4 Servo Configuration

All of the configurations are available here: TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses

This picture displays the installation of a TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness in a Ultra Stick 120. This plane has 4 servos in the wing (2 aileron servos, and 2 flap servos). This installation brings the servo wires from the 4 wings servos into one TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness connector(4 Servo type) and into the receiver.

This picture displays the installation of a TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness in a 35% Extra. This plane has 2 aileron servos in each wing panel for a total of 4 aileron servos. This installation brings the servo wires from the 2 aileron servos in the wings in to one TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness connector(2 Servo type) through the side of the fuselage and into the receiver.

This picture displays the installation of a TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness in a 35% Extra. This plane has 1 elevator servo in each tail section for a total of 2 elevator servos. This installation brings the servo wires from the elevator servo in the tail section and in to one TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harness connector(1 Servo type) through the side of the fuselage and into the receiver.

Remember - The TBOLT Multi Servo Wire Harnesses offer a keyed positive lock on the connector, so they provide the best connection between your wing/tail and your fuselage - Fly with confidence!
