Pricing, Inventory and Product Information Policy
Thunderboltrc.com makes every effort to make sure pricing and inventory information is accurate. However, sometimes mistakes are made. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, the customer will be contacted with the pricing information and provided an opportunity to cancel or adjust the order. Thunderboltrc.com reserves the right to cancel an order due pricing or inventory mistakes. In the event of an order cancellation due to a pricing or inventory mistake, the customer will be fully refunded for any cancelled items and/or shipping expenses if applicable. Thunderboltrc.com makes every effort to make sure product information on their website is accurate. We are not responsible for changes to product information and inaccuracies on our website. If you are unsure about any product, please contact us for more information. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate information; In any event, Thunderboltrc.com is not responsible for any shipping related costs associated with inaccurate product information.
Return Policy
At Thunderboltrc.com we carefully inspect all incoming inventory and all outgoing orders before they are shipped. All items are warranted by their original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
If any products are damaged by shipping or mishandling, please contact Thunderboltrc.com (service@thunderboltrc.com) immediately after you have received your package. All return requests must be made within 4 days of receipt of order. Thunderboltrc.com will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for any return claim or request.
- All returns must have a valid RMA number of they will not be accepted.
- All returned items must include the original packaging.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a mistake is made with your order, Thunderboltrc.com will pay for the necessary shipping to make your order right! We are not satisfied until you are satisfied!
Limits of Liability Policy
Thunderboltrc.com is not responsible for any injury, personal and/or property damage as a result of using any of its products in any way. In general, these products are designed to be used with radio-control models. Radio-Control models can be dangerous, always operate radio-control models in a safe manor and follow the guidelines of your local radio-control modeling governing body.
Thunderboltrc.com is not responsible for any crash damage associated with the use of its products. Thunderboltrc.com cannot guarantee that the customer will install or use its products in the proper manner, and therefore cannot be responsible for product use. Also, it is very difficult determine the cause of any radio-control model failure.
Please be sure to follow all manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines when using any product.
Shipping Policy
Thunderboltrc.com generally ships all orders on the next business day (Mon - Fri)after receiving payment (In general - each business day ends at 5:00pm EST).
Thunderboltrc.com ships all orders via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated via the Thunderboltrc.com automated shipping estimate tool. Shipping estimates take into account product dimensions and weight.
Thunderboltrc.com has made every effort to create an automated shipping estimating tool. In some cases, the shipping estimating tool may be incorrect. In cases where the shipping is significantly more than our estimating tool has calculated, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to revise or cancel their order.
Shipping calculations are just estimates. Thunderboltrc.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges for Canada Post designated northern regions or Remote locations. Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges and will be given the opportunity to revise or cancel their order.
Orders shipped to the United States and International Destinations by Canada Post "Small Parcel" services are not traceable and not insurable. This service is very reliable, but due to border crossing delays, may take longer then expected for delivery. Customers assume all risks by selecting this service.
Due to insurance limitations, We do not allow in person pickups.
